We offer feel-good, educational and hands-on workshops promoting a natural path to health & wellness perfect for adults or youth in a classroom-style setting. These 1-1.5 hour workshops are focused on supporting and empowering mental health and wellbeing. We will present information about the benefits and uses of essential oils and then guide them through the steps to make their own customized sustainable swag, which could be aromatherapy, candles, bath salts, beauty products, and more!

In our classes, you’ll learn step-by-step how to create your own safe and eco-friendly candles, using ingredients free from carcinogens, mutagens, and toxins. These workshops are perfect for any special occasion - birthdays, baby showers, or corporate team-building events. Whether you’re looking to indulge in self-care, unleash your creativity, or try something new, this is the perfect opportunity!

DIY Bath Salt/Scrub Workshop

At this station, your guests can interact and mix up a beautiful aromatherapy and botanical-infused bath soak mixture with various salts, minerals, and dried flower aromatics. We also offer these as a pre-made gift.

Beauty Lab Workshop

In this fun, hands-on workshop you will learn how easy it is to take control of your skincare and create your clean beauty products using pure ingredients and sustainable practices. We will teach you how to make your own facial cleansers, masks, scrubs, and lotions. Product choices are customizable for your audience and this one is great for tweens!

Smudge Stick Station

At this station, your guests can bundle their own smudge sticks made with sage, palo santo and a crystal of their choice. This practice is meant to infuse their environments with peace and dispel negativity.
